Factory Tour Update for 24th March.
Hi All,
The spreadsheet confirming time slots and people for the 50 people who have signed up for the factory tour has now been sent out to those who have signed up.
If you have not seen this, please check with me that you ARE registered to come along to the factory tour, or if not to get your names down for the very few places left!
Please note that the 14.00 time slot is now full.
there are no limits for the evening get together, so feel free to come along to this as you please.

Hi All!
Due to a large number of people NOT wanting to use
a coach, and instead use their own cars, we are now trying to arrange a
"car pooling" type happening on the day for the Stockings factory
tour.
Due to size constraints of numbers of people who
will fit in the factory, as well as constraints in that some people wont have a
car on the day, (us for instance!), we suggest the following:
There are three time slots made available to meet
at the warehouse for the factory tour: Each should be for no more than 15 - 16
people.
11.00 (I will be on this one)
12.30
14.00
Each trip will be circa 40 - 45 mins round the factory, 15 - 20 mins to/from factory from warehouse and circa 20-30 mins at warehouse with opportunity to buy things at a discount on the day. People can basically take off anytime they choose after the factory tour finishes if they have their own car, BUT - we would like to have the following arranged with the people coming:
1) - People "sign up" and confirm which
time slot they will be at the warehouse for. Please e-mail me to confirm this
or request a lift with someone else if you dont have a car available.
2) - People with cars offer what spare seats they
may have to anyone who doesn't have a car on the day, so we "pool"
the rides. - I would suggest the people then confirm exactly where they will be
and when in order to meet up and travel together. If this is arranged through
me, I will make suggestions and put people in touch with on another so the ride
can be arranged and secured. - ok?
We don't want people left standing on the day and
unable to travel for the tour, and in our experience to date with free events,
a number of people who say they will turn up don't at the last min, (often with
a lot of people who didn't sign up at all appearing instead). This means we
need to be sure that there is spare capacity in car seats for each time slot,
so that if one or more car drivers DONT turn up, we can switch people over to
another car.

Update to Stockings get together and factory tour, March 24th, Nottingham
Hi All!
The venue for the
evening get together is a Cantonese restaurant/bar called the Opium Tea House:

Potential hotels
nearby are the Hotel Ibis and the Lace Market Hotel and, possibly, the Hilton.
We have reserved the bar in the restaurant exclusively from 5:00pm with a meal
in the restaurant at around 6:00 - 6.30 and then back to the bar which will
remain private for our party until around 9.30 -10:00pm, (the best dressed lady
competition will be conducted during this time). We are still negotiating to extend
the exclusive use beyond 10:00pm. The meal will be multiple course / multiple
dishes and is set at only £12.00 per head.
As regards the trip to
the factory, final numbers are still awaited but they are looking good so far. A
coach will be arranged to set off from one of the central hotels (maybe
the Ibis) at late morning /midday on the Saturday to drive to the warehouse and
factory and then return by 4:00pm. There may well be a charge per head on the
day for the coach. PLEASE CONFIRM TO ME BY EMAIL YOUR BOOKING FOR THE FACTORY TOUR AND COACH SEAT. THERE WILL NOT BE SEATS AVAILABALE ON THE DAY, ALL WILL BE PREBOOKED.

Nikkis Get together in Nottingham, 24th March 2012, WITH VISIT TO A STOCKINGS FACTORY
Hi All!,
Thanks to all who attended the last meeting in London, Nikkis 18th event.
Following on from the get together in London, we have arranged a fairly unique opportunity, coming up on March 24th 2012, to have a get together in the same format as London, but based in the historic stockings, lace and lingerie capital of the U.K. - Nottingham, (venue to be confirmed, but in process, please check back here for details shortly), AND DURING THE SAME DAY a short coach trip (circa 20-30 mins), to/from one of the last genuine FF stockings manufacturing factories in the UK, for a tour of their factory to see Fully Fashioned Nylons being made and seamed - plus a warehouse visit with the opportunity to buy their products at discounted prices on the day.
We are currently negotiating with a coach company for the transport and hope to make this free to all attendees but there may be a small fee on the day if the costs are too high. Having firm confirmations from attendees as soon as possible will help this negotiation process and determine what size coach is required on the day, so PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR COMMITTED ATTENDANCE at least for the visit to the factory. The evening get together will be the same format as ever, - namely a free entrance event at a bar/restaurant, which we are negotiating with to get reserved purely for us.
On the night will be a "best dressed" voluntary competition with fantastic prizes, a raffle with lingerie prizes, attendance gifts for all ladies, etc.
All final details of hotels, venue, when/where to meet for the visit to the factory, etc, will be posted here, as well as on Nikkis site, groups, boards, etc in the coming few days.
Really looking forward to welcoming regular friends and new people to the visit and the event..

Nikkisnylons Meeting report, London November 19th 2011.
Hi All!
Having just got back to Spain from England, we wanted to say a big personal THANK-YOU for all 92 who attended my Annual get together meeting in London on November 19th and the smaller informal get together on the 18th.
As always we were uncertain of attendee numbers, - as it is still a FREE event with open invitations, I was REALLY pleased to find we had 92 people attending at the end of the evening, including 4 other web models/mistresses and the owner of one of the largest traditional stockings manufacturers, Gio. – Thanks for coming Sam. Good to see “regular” faces again, as well as so many “new” people. We had attendees from all over the U.K. as well as Denmark, Canada, Spain and Germany. The lovely Old Nick pub, reserved just for my event, as always did us proud and was a hit with new and old attendees alike. We will be using the same venue next year again. Thanks to everyone for attending, I hope you all had a great time? I will be sending a personal thank-you note as usual via the e-mails given on the night.
As always, the evening wouldn’t be such a success without the support and sponsorship of certain companies and individuals, who (like myself), see Stockings and fine lingerie wearing as far more than “just a business” and who not only supply prizes and gifts, but also dedicate much of their personal time, as well as putting huge efforts into supporting us actively on and before the day itself. This year, this resulted in not only superb prizes for the best dressed ladies in the parade, (1st prize voucher from Kiss Me Deadly, 2nd prize voucher from Hepburn & Leigh, and further prizes of Corset, 8 drop suspender belt and stockings bundle from me personally), plus best dressed participation gifts of vintage stockings from David Morris, ( - not a shop owner, but an aficionado donating, as always, from his private vintage collection), as well as discount shopping vouchers, (Kiss Me Deadly, Hepburn & Leigh, Playful Promises), given to all who attended. In addition I was pleased to donate 50 pairs of modern stretch stockings and 30 pairs of vintage stockings on the night to all ladies attending.
The requested Lingerie Raffle with prizes supplied by me resulted in the winning of 5 corsets, 1 Basque, 2 Malibu sheer bodies with fur and further stockings bundles. – Congratulations to the lucky winners! - Hope they all fit well!
I wish to especially thank Catherine & Dave, from Kiss Me Deadly for once again coming along to support us from the very early evening, decorating the pub with excellent posters of their models and lingerie and distributing discount vouchers to all tables, despite it being one of their most hectic times of year and with them having come straight from Erotica and their stand which they had been working all day. We also had two models/Burlesque ladies in attendance supporting Kiss Me Deadly, who I want to thank personally for their attendance and their help on the night. As always our sincere thanks also to David Morris.

The next Nikkisnylons get together will be held on Saturday 19th November, (Erotica Weekend)2011, at the "Old Nick" pub 22 Sandland St, London, Holborn, WC1. Please see the link below for details of the venue with pictures and a map.

I have arranged for us to have the entire pub just for us for the night, starting between 18:30 - 19:00, with last orders at 23.30 and pub closing at midnight. This year there should also be a "pub grub" small menu available on the evening also for those wishing to eat on the night and at the venue.
For those in need of a hotel, please contact me, as I am setting up hopefully a group special rate in a nearby good hotel where I have stayed previously.
As before I will be flying into London from Spain to be there. I also hope a few other webmodels will be joining us on the night, as will many of the regulars from previous meetings, my groups and site and other stockings/nylons groups. I will also try to organise a small get together on Friday evening the 18th November for people who cant make the 19th but still want to meet up with me and others. This will also be central London, and we may go on for a meal after drinks.
ALL are invited! - unlike so many other get togethers, meetings of "clubs" or groups, this is a FREE ENTRANCE EVENT in a public venue, with no need to pre-order any ticket, or buy a expensive meal, - although the entire pub is reserved "just for us".
What to expect; - The evening is all about having a chat with like minded people, having a drink, getting to know others from the groups/Nikkisnylons and around the stockings wearing "scene". Attendance in the past has run to be mainly couples with a few singles in attendance.
As usual a "best dressed" contest will be held with prizes for the top 3 vote receivers. - This is a voluntary event where ladies walk along a small "catwalk" showing us their outerwear and a flash of their lingerie/stockings, which is voted upon by the attendees. We will also hold a raffle for lingerie items on the night, as this has proved SO popular the last two times we did it.
The event will once again be supported by a small number of highly reputable and friendly manufacturers and retailers, as well as myself, in order to provide the prizes and to bring attendees a view of the newest styles available, (please note though, this is NOT a sales event).
What the meeting IS and ISN'T; - It IS a social event, it ISN'T a perving event, swinging event, (what you arrange to do before or after is your own business!),or an event to be disrespectful to others. Above all, it is about having a FUN evening with like minded people.
Dress sense; - Men and Ladies, - smart casual is fine, Ladies with stockings please. If you wish to dress more formally, then thats also fine. This is a public setting, so ladies, if you wish to wear conservative attire with just a hint of nyloned ankle showing, or micro minis with your straps showing, or anything in between, thats up to you, provided it is not so far over the top the police are called! - lol. Ladies, if you wish to show anything off to the attendees, thats your choice, not mine or theirs and the rules below apply. CD/TVs please dress as you would in order to feel comfortable in ANY public venue.

What to expect; - The evening is all about having a chat with like minded people, having a drink, getting to know others from the groups/Nikkisnylons and around the stockings wearing "scene". Attendance in the past has run to be mainly couples with a few singles in attendance.
ALL Lady attendees will receive a small attendance gift, and as usual a "best dressed" contest will be held with prizes for the top 3 vote receivers. - This is a voluntary event where ladies walk along a small "catwalk" showing us their outerwear and a flash of their lingerie/stockings, which is voted upon by the attendees.
The event will once again be supported by a small number of highly reputable and friendly manufacturers and retailers, as well as myself, in order to provide the gifts and prizes and to bring attendees a view of the newest styles available, (please note though, this is NOT a sales event).
What the meeting IS and ISN'T; - It IS a social event, it ISN'T a perving event, swinging event, (what you arrange to do before or after is your own business!),or an event to be disrespectful to others. Above all, it is about having a FUN evening with like minded people.
Dress sense; - Men and Ladies, - smart casual is fine, Ladies with stockings please. If you wish to dress more formally, then thats also fine. This is a public setting, so ladies, if you wish to wear conservative attire with just a hint of nyloned ankle showing, or micro minis with your straps showing, or anything in between, thats up to you, provided it is not so far over the top the police are called! - lol. Ladies, if you wish to show anything off to the attendees, thats your choice, not mine or theirs and the rules below apply. CD/TVs please dress as you would in order to feel comfortable in ANY public venue.
Rules: - Politeness is expected and hoped for! please remember that No means No, and lets all have as nice and trouble free a meeting as in all of the previous ones, (this is the 10th year). Be aware, should this not be the case there is a house bouncer on call. PHOTOGRAPHY; Due to the appalling lack of sense shown by some attendees in the past, NO CAMERAS OR PHOTO TAKING PLEASE! (including by phone), There will be an opportunity for a "keepsake" group picture with all ladies willing to be photographed AFTER the event itself. - Thanks.
Im Looking forward to meeting all of our friends again and putting faces to names of new attendees, and meeting all of you who can make it! Lets hope we can top the record numbers of the last few years (100+ each time)!!!
