Invitation to Nikkisnylons Annual Stockings Get Together, London, Nov 21st 2015.

 

Hi All,

The next Nikkisnylons get together will be held on Saturday 21st November, 2015 at the "Old Nick" pub, 22 Sandland St, London, Holborn, WC1. Please see the link below for details of the venue with pictures and a map.

As before I have paid for us to have the entire pub just for us for the night, starting between 18:30 - 19:00, with it ending at 00.30. There is also a "pub grub" small menu available on the evening for those wishing to eat on the night and at the venue.

For those in need of a hotel, we will be staying at the Russell hotel, Russell Sq, in Bloomsbury. We recommend therefore you use http://www.Londontown.com to make the reservations, as their rates are the same as our previously arranged discounted group rates direct with the hotel. There are many other hotels of different classes available around this area, again Londontown is a good engine to find them from.

As before I will be flying into London from Spain to be there. I also hope a few other webmodels will be joining us on the night, as will many of the regulars from previous meetings, my groups, site and other stockings/nylons groups.

I will also be organising a small get together on Friday evening the 20th November for people who are staying over the extra night, or cant make the 21st but still want to meet up with me and others. This will also be central London, and we will go on for a meal after drinks in the Hotel bar starting at 6pm.

ALL are invited! - unlike so many other get togethers, meetings of "clubs" or groups, this is a FREE ENTRANCE EVENT in a public venue, with no need to pre-order any ticket, or buy an expensive meal, - although the entire pub is reserved "just for us". - Please see the invitation and comments from attendees from last year, on this forum and feel free to contact me or perhaps any of them, to ask any questions you may have.

What to expect; - The evening is all about having a social chat with like minded people, having a drink, and getting to know others from around the stockings wearing "scene". Attendance in the past has run to be mainly couples with a some singles in attendance.

A "best dressed" contest will be held with prizes for the top 3 vote receivers provided there is space to do this. - This is a voluntary event where participants walk along a small "catwalk" showing us their outerwear and a flash of their lingerie/stockings, which is voted upon by the attendees. If there is not enough space, I will be inviting atte4ndees to flash me and will in my judgement award the prizes. We will also hold a raffle for lingerie items on the night, as this has proved SO popular the last times we did it, WITH ALL PROCEEDS GOING TO CHARITY (As they do every year), - This year the Colon Cancer Alliance. The event will once again be supported by a small number of highly reputable and friendly manufacturers and retailers, as well as myself, in order to provide the prizes and to bring attendees a view of the newest styles available, (please note though, this is NOT a sales event).

What the meeting IS and ISN'T; - It IS a social event, it ISN'T a perving event, swinging event, (what you arrange to do before or after is your own business!), or an event to be disrespectful to others. Above all, it is about having a FUN evening with like minded people.

Dress sense; - Men and Ladies, - smart casual is fine, Ladies always with stockings please. If you wish to dress more formally, then thats also fine. This is a public setting, so ladies, if you wish to wear conservative attire with just a hint of nyloned ankle showing, or micro minis with your straps showing, or anything in between, that's up to you, provided it is not so far over the top the police are called! - lol. Ladies, if you wish to show anything off to the attendees, that's your choice, not mine or theirs and the rules below apply. CD/TVs this IS a "CD/TV friendly" event, - please dress as you would in order to feel comfortable in ANY public venue.

Rules: - Politeness is expected! please remember that No means No, and lets all have as nice and trouble free a meeting as in all of the previous ones, (this is the 15th year and 22nd UK meeting). Be aware, should this not be the case you will be asked to leave and there is a house bouncer on call.

PHOTOGRAPHY; Due to the appalling lack of sense shown by some attendees in the past, and many people not wanting to appear, even in the background, of pictures, NO CAMERAS OR PHOTO TAKING IN THE EVENT PLEASE! (including by phone), There will be an opportunity for a "keepsake" group picture with all ladies willing to be photographed AFTER the event itself. - Thanks.

I'm Looking forward to meeting all of our friends again and putting faces to names of new attendees, and meeting all of you who can make it! Lets hope we can keep it to the self restricted total of 150 maximum attendees (with 2013 being the record at 192 attendees)!!!

Nikkisnylons get together, November 2012, London. – The Report.

Hi All!

Having just got back to Spain from England, we wanted to say a big personal THANK-YOU for all 100 who attended my Annual get together meeting in London on November 24th and the smaller informal get together on the 23^rd, especially as the weather was so terrible and many people had to brave floods and torrential rain to be there!.

Good to see “regular” faces again, as well as so many “new” people. We had attendees from all over the U.K. as well as Denmark, USA, Canada, Spain and Germany. The lovely Old Nick pub, reserved just for my event, as always did us proud and was a hit with new and old attendees alike. We will be using the same venue next year again. Thanks to everyone for attending, I hope you all had a great time? I will be sending a personal thank-you note as usual via the e-mails given on the night.

As always, all lady and CD attendees received an attendance gift of a pair of stockings, and the “best dressed” parade resulted in some superb shows of fine lingerie and stockings, with three top prizes consisting of three corsets and stockings being awarded based on a "clappometer" basis from the crowd. All ladies taking part received also a pair of stockings as a thank-you gift.  Many of these fine stockings were provided by our long term friend and collaborator Davina Morris, - thanks Davina.
The requested Lingerie Raffle with prizes supplied by me resulted in the winning of 5 corsets. – Congratulations to the lucky winners! - Hope they all fit well!

I wish to thank Catherine, from Kiss Me Deadly for setting up a small area also with the lovely Jessica in attendance to allow the attendees the ability to actually buy some of their superb lingerie on the night.

Thanks to all who supported and gave positive comments on announcement and launch of our new lingerie and stockings online shop, - nikkisnylonsshop.com . Including my own brand real FF and RHT nylons. We look forward to welcoming more and more of you there. PLEASE remember to contact us if you are looking to participate as a blogger, forum contributor and/or chat room admin/moderator. Nikkis Gio Stockings Factory tour and get together, March 24 2012, - the report.

Hi All!

Having just got back to Spain from England, we wanted to say a big personal THANK-YOU for all 50 who attended the Gio Stockings Factory tour and all 62 who attended the evening  get together meeting in Nottingham on March 24th.

A major and special thanks to Sam from Gio for arranging to have the factory fully open and running, together with seamstresses on the day, AS WELL AS providing us with discounted merchandise from the warehouse for tour members AND excellent prizes for the best dressed competition in the evening.

Thanks also to Roger from Denier Court for helping co-ordinate with the DC members attending, as well as special thanks once again to David Morris for the gift of so may pairs of vintage stockings to the ladies on the night. I hope also that my gift of modern stockings to all attendees was also well received.

Good to see "regular" faces again, as well as so many "new" people.
We had attendees from all over the U.K. as well as Germany and Denmark. The fantastic venue The Opuium House restaurant in the evening, with the special set meal and reserved for us upstairs bar also did us proud and was a hit with new and old attendees alike.
